| 8pm-8am Monday-Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | $75/hr |
| Remote Support and Telephone Support | $50/hr |
| Drop Off Repair | $50 for the first hour and $25 for each consecutive hour |
If your location is more than 20 miles outside of Springfield, IL you will be charged a mileage surcharge of $0.50/mile.
Service contracts based on average of two months hourly paid work.
